Enter all required plan information such has monthly payments, anytime/night/weekend minutes, mobile-to-mobile minutes, etc., and your personal details. Decide on any incentives you might want to offer to speed up the process of finding somebody who is willing to assume your contract. A common incentive is cash, free phone, and/or accessories.

How do I display a picture of my phone if I am offering it as an incentive?

Easy. All you do is enter the brand of phone and model number and Cellswpper.com will automatically post a picture of your phone. CellSwapper has a complete up-to-date database of phones along with their pictures and descriptions. If your phone is not is not in our database, you will have the option to upload a picture of it as well as provide a brief description.

What is the contract transfer process? How long does it take?

Once your cell phone plan is posted on CellSwapper.com, it will have national exposure. Consumers searching for a cell phone plan will search through CellSwapper.com for any plan that appeals to them. When your plan is selected, you will be charged a success fee (for standard posting) and the transfer process will begin. The process will vary depending on the carrier. Do I have any responsibility once my contract has been transferred?

No. Once your plan has been transferred, the buyer assumes all financial responsibilities for the cell phone plan. Your name and personal information on your old contract is now replaced by the buyer�s information.

Yes. If you choose to offer a cash incentive to help promote your plan; additionally, you will be required to send your SIM card and/or phone to the party that takes over your contract.

Plans remain posted until they are taken over.

What do I do if I want to temporarily remove my cell phone plan posting?

Go to "My Account", and then click deactivate. This will remove your posting from the site until you choose to reactivate it.

What do I do after my contract is assumed?

If your carrier uses SIM cards, you must send the SIM card to the assuming party. We recommend deleting all contact information from the SIM card before sending it. If you are also sending your cell phone, we recommend deleting all contact information from the cell phone as well.

Once somebody takes over my plan, do I have to subsequently take over another plan?

If you take over another persons plan from the website, you will be refunded 25% of your service fee.
